2025 SCHOLARSHIP FORM

Words from the Recreation Department: "We hope that families and individuals will never be denied the opportunity to participate in Hamlin Recreation programming due to financial hardship. There is a limit, however, to the total scholarship funds available. We understand that asking for a payment adjustment may be difficult. We have tried to make the process easy, confidential, and fair. Financial assistance is available to all recreation programs regardless of age."
